Oilfield Water well drilling mud recycling system

Oilfield companies sometimes have such needs for water well drilling for their Eagleford shale project. We do not provide water well drilling service, but we provide mud cleaning/ recycling system for the water well drilling for environmental friendly purpose and reduce the drilling waste.
Recently we finished commissioning for water well drilling mud recycling system in middle east. After the commissioning is finished successfully, they repeat order for the same configuration mud cleaning system for another 2 units. This is not the first unit mud cleaning system they had purchased, 1 set of 200gpm trailer mounted mud cleaning system has been shipped to them in 2014.

The 500gpm mud recycling system is customized design according to the client’s requirement,1 unit of shale shaker, 1 units of desilter cone with mud cleaner, the mud tank with 38m3 storage capacity. Mud mixing hopper is installed on the tank skid at one side, together with the feeding pump of the mud cleaner. The problems and solutions about shaker screen

Shaker screen blinding takes place while particles of solids being screened embed in a screen hole. This usually appears while drilling fine sands , for instance, in the Gulf of Mexico. The right after sort order is observed in the course of screen blinding.

Blinding – the “plastering” of a soft material over and in the mesh, rendering it blocked. Remedy wash with high pressure fluid using the base fluid of the drilling fluid. If this fails, fit coarser screens temporarily.
Plugging – the blocking of the mesh by a particle (usually sand)  fitting into the pore throat of the mesh. Remedy - wash with high pressure fluid using the base fluid of the drilling fluid. This is best done from beneath the screen . It is often successful to place a fine screen on to reduce the “near size” plugging.
