Recently GN solids control shipped one unit of
15m3/h solidification unit to Africa, and one unit of dewatering unit is ready
for shipment to Domestic client. As the related products of drilling waste management
equipments, solidification unit ,
dewatering unit, thermal desorption unit are 3 major products, they are
normally used around vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge.
For dewatering unit, we have standard skid mounted and containerized
dewatering unit, with decanter centrifuge. Also we could design
customized dewatering unit according to different client’s preparation rate(
mixing rate) and concentration of solution, you can choose to mix only
flocculant or coagulant or both 2 types chemicals, also you can choose only mix
powder or solution or both of them. 2 sets of feeding pump to transfer the
mixed liquids to the decanter centrifuge and mix with the drilling fluids for
further treatment. One is working, one as back up.
For solidification unit, we have designed 10m3/h model GNGH-10A and
15m3/h model GNGH-15A, we can also designed bigger stabilization unit for you
if you need 20m3/h treating capacity. In domestic market, solidification unit
is only used for water based drilling cuttings, no matter with the water
content/ oil content, our solidification unit is workable. Just we recommend to
use GN high-G drying shaker to separate firstly to dry
the cuttings, so you can use less solidification chemicals and reduce the cost.
GN solids control new designed solidification
unit can be applied for both water based cuttings and oil based cuttings. And
it can work continuously without stopping, the screw conveyor transfer the
drilling cuttings continuously to the mixing hopper and the powder is transferred
by another 2 screw conveyors continuously and mix them together by the agitator
inside.
