Mining Fluid Purification System for Philippines

For the mining, GN have made a few customised design systems, the first one is for Turkey, the customer co-design the system with GN; then for the coring ming project, we design a very small mud recycling system for diamond drilling; then some decanter centrifuge with different layout for mining water; now another customised system for Philippine mining project.
This system contains a shaker, two centrifuges. The problems brought to us is: deep underground, have mining water, with mixtures, different particles, which destroys the pump which keep pumping the waters out to keep it able to work there. The pump is made in German, good quality, but also expensive, we want to keep it operating in good condition, and not easy to get spare parts. To sum up, we need another system to make the pump running perfectly.
Then we tried many different choices, to keep it under ground, or keep it on top of the land. To only use a centrifuge, or use many centrifuges. And questions keep coming like do we need shale shaker, do we need desnader and so on.

With the professional help from clients’ engineer, we finally confirm the design, and also modify the present operation flow of the mining water. Then finally purify the singing water, then transport to the surface. Since the purpose is not for drinking, so do not try.

Also in the system, it contains two Nemo pump, which is made by German Netsch.

Specifications of  decanter centrifuge
we have VFD control panel to achieve stepless bowl speed adjustment to enhance mud treatment performance
we use Duplex stainless steel SS2205 for centrifuge casting to improve bowl balance, centrifuge balance, as well as get better performance on corrosion resistance.
We use Tungsten carbide tiles protecting the screw conveyor impellers to enhance the performance when treating heavy mud.
When the system arrive the site, GN engineers will go to the site for the first time commissioning and also operator training. To make sure all goes well and in the right way.
