Control is a world famous company and brand in the solids
control and drilling

introduce two naming rules to you, the vacuum degasser and decanter centrifuge.
For the vacuum degasser GNZCQ360A, GN means the company name, ZCQ means the
equipment is with a vacuum pump to help separate the mud and gas, 360 means the
processing capacity is 360 cubic meter per hour. A means it’s the first
generation and later we will upgrade it periodically as technology improves.
For the decanter
centrifuge GNLW363CG-VFD, GN means the company name, LW means it is
horizontal axled centrifuge, 363 mean the centrifuge’s diameter is 360 mm, and
the ratio of the length and diameter of the bowl is 3, C means it is the third
generation of the machine, G means it is high configuration with many super
features, such as the bowl is made from duplex stainless steel 2205 by
centrifugal casting, there is tungsten carbide tiles on the surface of screw
for longer life, the bearings are made by SKF, the screw flow
distribution port and bowl solid discharging port are protected by ceramic
insert and so on. So more and more customers like this high configuration cause
it’s more reliable and rugged. VFD means variable frequency drive, this feature
can make it providing consistent and effective solids control in a wide range
of drilling fluid types and drilling conditions. This automated control system
can adjust bowl and conveyor speed as well as the feed rate to optimize it for
the most efficient solid control in a wide range of drilling applications.
