Mud gun installation on the mud tank

The installation of the mud gun on the mud tank is purposely to keep the flow of the drilling mud from one tank space to another space.  The mud gun that manufactured by GN Solids America LLC offer both in fixed or rotated spray set up for drilling mud operators to maximum the function of the  mud gun.

The set up spray of the mud gun can be either high pressure or the low pressure spray action by corporation of the mud feeding pump.  The size of high pressure mud gun is smaller then compare with low pressure kind of mud gun.  Both kind of mud gun equips with nozzles that are movable and it mounts on the mud tank with joint and connected with the pump it separate the drilling mud in jet form and mixing the drilling fluid in the pool of mud to keep the drilling mud consist mixed.

The nozzle of the mud gun it comes with either fixed spray direction or changeable

 Way of direction.  The kind that is fixed direction got the mixing line of hydraulic function.  Its difference is the mud gun placed in the two diagonal, nozzle directions parallel to the vertical tank wall tank. It can have the set up of layer of rotation of the drilling fluid.  In the high direction set up, the jet spray can be sure of convention of the drilling fluid. 

The direction-changeable nozzle drilling mud gun is by the in pipe, tube, crosshead, paired turned pipe with threaded joints, can change the nozzle and two layer of composition, the gun body through the ball bearing and the in pipe is connected with. The fluid comes through the in pipe; the nozzle heads start in specific speed to the different direction concludes the function of the mud gun.  The speed of spray it determine on drilling fluid pressure, mud density and the mud flow.
