Last month, GN Solids Control attended Iran Oil Show, which was held in Tehran, Iran, during May 5^th to May 8^th, this yearly oil and gas show attracted a lot of visitors from all over Iran. Some companies’ top management came from Ahwaz, Kish and other oil fields in Iran and some are from other countries. Also, since last year, US lifted the sanction on Iran to some extent, Iran became one of the hottest expected market, many European companies are bring their equipment and service to Iran.

What are the main specifications of this decanter centrifuge?

1.       Model of this decanter centrifuge is GNLW363CG, it is the 3^rd generation of GNLW series decanter centrifuges.

2.       Bowl diameter of this model is 14 inch, this is the most commonly used bowl diameter, like Derrick DE1000 and Swaco 518, they all of the similar size.

3.       Bowl length is 50 inch, so the ideal length-diameter ratio 3 is suitable for oil and gas industry.

4.       High speed up to 3900RPM in design and normal working speed is 3200RPM. By applying different pulley and belt, this centrifuge could work at other speed options.

5.       Best material for this application, as SS2205 as bowl main body, tungsten carbide tiles for impeller protection and special ceramic for solids discharge ports.

6.       Top brand parts like SKF Bearing, SIEMENZ, Schneider and ABB electrical devices.

GN Solidification Unit Onsite Efficiency Well Proved

In recent couple years, GN Solids Control is keeping study and development the new merchandise so that clients could get any turnkey solution for drilling mud solids control as well as drilling waste management. With the slowly issuing of the new ecological regulations, the drilling workers focus their eye around the final solution of fingertips on the drilling waste.
