GN designed vertical G dryer waste management system can be used
as both water and oil based drilling cuttings, and also the area test outcome
is demonstrated effective. The conventional vertical G dryer drilling waste
management system including: verti-G dryer GNCD930D-VFD, decanter centrifuge GNLW363CG-VFD,
Nemo pump GNG30-075 for feeding the centrifuge, Nemo pump GNG10A-040 for flushing
the VFD decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer, oilfield 3-runner
design skid, V type liquids collection tank and some spare parts. This kind
tank is for easy tank bottom cleaning and preventing accumulation of solids to
the tank bottom.
We've specifically designed drilling waste
management system for water drilling cuttings, the advantage to try to get this
technique is:
1 Use Hi-G dryer to rather than Vertical G
dryer, decreasing cost and less the facility consumption
2 decreasing the eliminating pump for that
vertical G dryer
3 G-force of Hi-G dryer can achieve 8.0G
max, with 4-panel shaker screen and a pair of 0.73m2 large screen position for
better separation. After treated by hi-G dryer, the liquid is feeding to
decanter centrifuge directly.
But in comparison with Hi-G dryer, verti-G
dryer treated the cuttings much drier, the solids can be taken off directly by
truck, however the solids separated by Hi-G dryer still remain around 40%
humidity.
In water based drilling mud treatment system,
the centrifuge is generally placed on the greatest telescopic frame for much
better solids discharge. However the shale shaker might be using it the low
stand.
But when for oil based drilling cuttings,
Vertical G dryer management system is the greatest option, we've utilized it in
lots of rig sites to check its performance, its demonstrated good based on our
client’s feedback.
